PARTIAL SERVICE WEDDING PLANNING

Pre-planning

  • Complimentary consultation prior to booking

  • Initial planning session to review wedding details, design scheme, floor plan, vendor list, contracts, and guest list

  • Assistance with site design (selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding)

  • Vendor referrals as needed for the bride and groom to schedule appointments with

  • Development of day-of timeline, including processional, ceremony, recessional, and reception

  • Coordination of wedding rehearsal

  • Contact vendors three weeks prior to wedding to verify reservations, contracts and timeline

  • Unlimited email correspondence prior to wedding

  • Distribution of wedding day timeline to vendors and wedding party

 

Wedding Day

 

  • Wedding emergency kit (Shout Wipes, hairspray, safety pins, Band- Aids, scissors, deodorant, straws, snacks, Static Guard, sewing kit, etc.)

  • Installation of wedding décor according to design plan

  • Coordination of wedding vendors upon arrival

  • Coordination of ceremony and reception venues:  Set up of personal touches, favors, programs, signage, cake cutting utensils, toasting flutes, menus and escort cards

  • Coordination of wedding reception milestones: first dance, family dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc

  • Direction of wedding party & family for wedding processional and recessional, including musicians

  • Supervision of all ceremony and reception set up

  • Management of reception caterer to ensure proper food & beverage service as agreed upon

  • Distribution of final payments and tips to wedding vendors

  • Oversight of wedding clean up

  • Ensure all personal items and the delivery of wedding gifts are accounted for with the appropriate family member

  • Troubleshoot problems as they arise

FULL SERVICE WEDDING PLANNING

Pre-planning

  • Venue walkthrough with discussion of décor, design, centerpieces and other recommendations

  • Assistance with site design (selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding)

  • Selection and negotiation of wedding vendors, including caterer, florist, musicians, and rentals. Scheduling of appointments and recommendations of wedding vendors for the bridal couple.

  • Coordination of selected vendors to develop cohesive wedding plan based on event style, including menu selection, music playlists, favor selection and packaging, stationery design, etc.

  • Development of wedding website consistent with wedding theme

  • Mailing of wedding invitations and collection of RSVPs

  • Assistance with personal styling for bride, groom, and wedding party

  • Final walk-through with client at selected sites in the month of the wedding

  • Set up and design of head table and assistance with seating chart
