Day of Wedding Coordination

Pre- Planning
· Complimentary consultation prior to booking
· One planning session to review wedding details, design scheme, floor plan, vendor list, contracts, and guest list
· Review of design elements for ceremony and reception
· Communication with all vendors regarding event timeline, arrival times, specifications, and plan for returning of rentals, two weeks prior to event
· Review of event timeline including set-up, ceremony, reception, and clean up
· Distribution of wedding day timeline to vendors
Wedding Day
· Two On-site coordinators
· Coordination of wedding vendors upon arrival
· Supervision of all ceremony set up
· Oversight of wedding décor placement according to design plan
· Coordination of reception venue: Set up personal touches, favors, programs, signage, cake cutting utensils, toasting flutes, menus and escort cards.
· Coordination of wedding reception milestones: First dance, family dances, cake cutting and bouquet toss
· Direction of wedding party and family for processional and recessional, including musicians
· Management of reception caterer to ensure proper food and beverage service as agreed upon
· Communication with all vendors regarding updates to event timeline, arrival times, specification and plan for returning of equipment if applicable
· Collection of all designated set up items at the end of event
· Oversight of wedding clean up
Partial Wedding Planning and Coordination

Pre-Planning
· Assistance with venue design (selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding)
· Venue walkthrough with discussion of décor, design, layout and recommendations
· Exclusive access to Aisle Planner a design suite and bridal planning tool with detailed checklists, vendor organization, centralized guest list planning tools, and a design studio to bring all your wedding designs to life
· Preferred vendor referrals for the bride and groom
· Set up and design of head table and assistance with seating chart
· Development of day-of timeline, including set up, ceremony, reception and clean up
· Contact vendors three weeks prior to wedding date to verify reservations, contracts and timeline
· Distribution of wedding day timeline to vendors
· Coordination of wedding rehearsal
Wedding Day
· Ensure all personal items and the delivery of wedding gifts are accounted for with the appropriate family member
