It's not what Bethany did for us that made our wedding day so perfect, but what Bethany didn't do! Her can-do attitude was such a god-send. Our wedding wasn't at a "traditional" wedding venue and it was outdoors. We had to have everything brought in from vendors (tent, tables, chairs, food truck, bartender, DJ, the list goes on...). Bethany showed up early in the morning ready to help. She set up our entire reception tent - guest tables, miscellaneous tables, bar, DJ, and worked with our family, friends, and vendors to make sure everything was set up properly. She also kept us on our timeline for the entire day and made sure everyone was in the right place at the right time. I also need to note that she was willing to go off-site during the reception to get us more ice for the bar and pick up our late-night pizzas since the venue was out of delivery range! I just can't give enough positive praise to Bethany - her presence and hard work allowed my husband, myself, and our families to truly enjoy the day and not need to worry about the finer details ourselves. The touch points we had leading up to the wedding day were also super helpful. I can not recommend her enough!

Just wanted to take a moment to thank Ehardt Events for absolutely saving the day for Dan and I and making the celebration about as perfect as it could get for our bride and groom and all of our families and friends. Madeleine is a true professional whose calm demeanor and focused track was exactly what was needed Friday. She managed to present that way for the entire day!?! How, I will never know... but she pulled it off for sure. Between herself and Taylor, we had confidence that whatever was needed, we had four extra hands and two brilliant minds, with courteous professionalism that we could reach out to. You certainly have an amazing team, reflecting all of YOUR work up front and from a distance!! We truly cannot thank you all enough and speaking for myself, I would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone in search of event assistance.

Bethany was a great day-of coordinator! I am so relieved we went with her, as it made our actual wedding day way less stressful for everyone else involved in planning - we could just relax and enjoy the day! She is very upbeat, easy to work with, organized, accommodating, and a joy to be around. Would highly recommend her!

Bethany is amazing! My only regret is that I didn't hire her sooner! We hired Bethany a month before the wedding to do day of coordination and to help with set up at the venue. She exceeded all of our expectations! During the wedding she not only catered to us, the bride and groom, but she coordinated venders and checked in frequently with our immediate families. She was amazing and everyone was awed by her kindness and helpfulness! She is kind, personable, organized, and extremely helpful. She made all of our wedding dreams come true! I am truly thankful for her and her hard work, our wedding would not have been the same without her!

I really should write multiple reviews about the amazing job Bethany did as our wedding coordinator because in a sense she helped us plan multiple events. Throughout COVID-19 she patiently helped us coordinate several plans and backup plans as we reacted to the ever changing situation, always providing important considerations and continually updating our vendors. She gave excellent vendor recommendations and used her great sense of style and taste to create an absolutely stunning result while staying within our budget. Despite all the challenges she helped my daughter achieve her dream wedding! At 7 weeks before the date we completed shifted the ceremony location and reception venue and Bethany did not miss a beat. She re-created the timeline and made sure every vendor was on board. She was readily available any time we had questions or last minute changes, which under the circumstances happened frequently. Bethany handled it all with an extreme amount of patience and grace. There is no way we could have pulled this off without her help. I can't imagine how much more stressful of an experience it would have been. For her to manage this situation so smoothly gives me every confidence that she could handle anything an event could throw at her. She provided every level of support we needed throughout the entire process. You can completely trust her to handle each important detail. Her services the day of allowed us so much more opportunity to enjoy everything without worrying, which is a huge gift during such an important celebration. She worked very hard for us, even keeping the venue staff on task throughout the reception when they missed things. Bethany was always especially kind and professional and worth every penny I paid her as a wedding coordinator! Under extraordinary circumstances she provided extraordinary service always willing to go above and beyond to help us have an incredible day. So grateful she was a part of it.

Bethany and Christina are amazing! Sweet genuine people to the core. They made our wedding feel seamless and perfect. Bethany came recommended to me by a friend of mine, who grew up with Bethany and her sister. I could not be more thankful that Bethany was a part of our special day. She was easy to reach, flexible and felt like part of the family. She ensured that the vision of my wedding was carried out and truly made it the best day ever!

We cannot sing enough praises about Bethany! She was personable, extremely organized, and on top of her game. She was accessible before and during the wedding, detail oriented, answered any and all questions, kept us on track, and most importantly provided peace of mind. What an angel! Bethany and her team stepped in the day before our daughter’s big day when we were having difficulties with another planner. She quickly caught up with all of the vendors and took control of all of those little details like the pro she obviously is. She brought a complete sense of calm and control to an unsure situation. Our only regret was that she wasn’t involved from the very beginning.

Bethany and her team were a dream! She planned our reception post - destination wedding. I live across the country in a different time zone with a crazy work schedule and Bethany was always flexible with our communication check-ins. She had such creative ideas for the party and made everything easy for us! I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. I would recommend Bethany to anyone looking to plan a wedding or reception. She is simply the best!

"Bethany was absolutely amazing! She was referred to us and stepped in about a month before our wedding when we had some challenges with another coordinator from a different company. From the beginning she was completely dedicated to making sure everything was perfect for our day! Bethany is extremely organized and walked through every aspect of our wedding preparation with us.
